Service provider

Ondřej Petráš, Business ID 29695635, an entrepreneur registered in the Czech Trade Register. Registered office and correspondence/complaints address: Librantice č.p. 183, 503 46 Librantice, Czech Republic. Contact [email protected], +420 605 440 691. Enquiry and agreement

The form, a message or an automated receipt does not confirm an appointment or create a payment obligation. You can check and correct details before sending. The provider contacts you to agree the service, duration, location, total price including travel, time and payment method. A contract is formed only when both parties agree these details. Relevant terms and information must be provided before a binding agreement; a distance contract is confirmed on a durable medium, for example by email. Communication is in Czech, with English assistance subject to availability. Contracts are not publicly accessible. Normal internet/phone operator charges apply.

Services and prices

Back and neck: 60 minutes / CZK 750. Full-body massage: 60 minutes / CZK 900. Sports recovery: 90 minutes / CZK 1,250. Standalone dry cupping: CZK 550; an agreed add-on costs CZK 200–300 depending on scope. These are final consumer prices; the specific total is confirmed before booking.

Travel within Hradec Králové is free. Surrounding areas within approximately 30 km cost CZK 10 per kilometre. The route, number of chargeable kilometres and final travel charge are agreed beforehand. Appointments are arranged daily between 16:00 and 22:00 subject to availability. Payment method and due date are agreed before booking; this website does not accept online payments. Gift voucher value, validity, use, payment and delivery are agreed before purchase; the illustration alone does not create an order.

Changes and cancellation

Please contact the provider promptly to change or cancel an appointment. This page does not impose an automatic cancellation fee. Any special conditions must be disclosed and agreed in advance and cannot limit statutory consumer rights.

Withdrawal from a distance contract

A consumer may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons, unless a statutory exception applies. Send an unambiguous statement within that period to [email protected] or the registered office. The sample below is optional.

For service to start within that period, the provider must first obtain your express request and explain the consequences. Withdrawal rights expire after full performance only when the statutory conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, are met. Where you withdraw after service started at your express request, a proportionate payment for actual performance may be due under the statutory conditions. Cookie consent or a non-binding enquiry is not such a request.

Payments due for refund are returned without undue delay and within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed. Corresponding protection applies to off-premises contracts; the period is 30 days for an unsolicited home visit or organised sales excursion.

Complaints

If the service does not meet the agreement, contact the provider by email, phone or at the registered office. Describe the service, date, defect, contact details and requested remedy. Statutory remedies depend on the defect and may include correction, an appropriate reduction or withdrawal where legally available.

You will receive written acknowledgement specifying the date, complaint and requested remedy. Complaints are handled and the outcome communicated without undue delay, within 30 days unless a longer period is individually agreed. Written confirmation of the outcome or reasons for rejection is provided. Failure to meet the statutory deadline gives rise to the relevant consumer rights. Rights concerning damage remain unaffected.

Alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute directly, you may apply to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic. Information: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr. Apply within one year of first raising the disputed right with the provider. Your right to go to court remains unaffected.

Nature of services and reviews

These are massage, conditioning and recovery services, not healthcare. No treatment of diseases or particular medical outcome is promised. Discuss suitability with the provider before confirming an appointment if unsure.

Displayed testimonials are selected reviews from Google, shown with first names. A Google account does not itself verify a purchase, and this website does not independently verify all reviewers technically. The displayed 5/5 refers to the selected testimonials, not a continuously synchronised average of every Google review.
