Massage enquiries and bookings
We process your name, phone number, massage location, selected service, requested date and time, and optional practical note to answer your enquiry and arrange and perform the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Legal accounting duties rely on Article 6(1)(c); necessary records for protecting legal claims rely on the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Providing details is voluntary, but we need contact and service details to handle the enquiry. Analytics or marketing consent is not required for booking. Do not enter diagnoses, medical reports or sensitive health details in the note.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary data may be accessed by contracted hosting, email, technical support and accounting providers and by public authorities where legally required. Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes technical connection details, including IP addresses and requests. Following analytics consent, Google Ireland Limited receives visit data through Google Analytics. We do not send form content, names, phone numbers or massage addresses to analytics.
Google and Cloudflare may use infrastructure outside the EEA. Their policies describe applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses: Google privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are external services with their own privacy rules. You choose whether to contact us through them. There is no embedded Meta advertising pixel on this website.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept as necessary to handle the request and arrange the service. Contract records are kept for performance and, where needed, applicable limitation and complaint periods; statutory accounting records for the legally required period. Disputed records may be kept until final resolution. Retention is limited to the relevant purpose. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Map
The map loads only after you press Show map. Your browser then contacts OpenStreetMap for map tiles and the unpkg distribution network for the map library, sharing connection information such as your IP address. The service area is also described in text; loading the map is optional.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. The website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
